Ads must accurately reflect the characteristics, condition, and price of the product or service.
Users must not mislead or falsify information regarding the origin or condition of the product.
Classinext acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate ad posting and connections between buyers and sellers.
Classinext does not guarantee the safety, quality, authenticity, or legality of the products or services offered.
All payments, deliveries, or exchanges are conducted directly between users.
Classinext is not responsible for commercial disputes, payment defaults, or any loss arising from transactions between users.
All content on Classinext, including logos, text, graphics, designs, software, and databases, is protected by intellectual property rights.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express authorization.
By posting content on Classinext, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the provision of the service.
The following products may not be posted, sold, or exchanged:
Weapons, ammunition, and explosives.
Illegal drugs and controlled substances.
Counterfeit or pirated products.
Live animals (except those legally permitted in certain categories with proper documentation).

Promotion or advertising of prohibited products is strictly forbidden, including through paid services.
Users may report ads, content, or suspicious behavior using the platform’s reporting system.

Classinext does not act as a legal mediator but may facilitate communication between buyers and sellers to resolve minor disputes.
